• What’s That Number? Skill Application: Number recognition. One to one correspondence. Object: Student will read a Braille number and choose the corresponding number of objects to match.
Materials:
Braille paper divided into 4 sections with numbers in the top left of each section
tray
block
small objects for counting (buttons, golf tees, counting bears, etc)
To Play:
Place the number sheet in the tray (to keep the block from rolling off the table).
The student tosses the block onto the sheet
The student reads the number in the section where the block rested and places a corresponding number of objects in the section.
